Dr. Cdr Kartikay Saini is a highly accomplished leader with more than three decades of experience in the military, corporate, and education sector. He has made significant contributions in these fields and held numerous leadership positions.

Dr. Saini is the Founder Chairman of Scottish High International School established by him 20 years ago. The school is a mature IB DP and IB PYP school which has now embraced IBCP.

Dr Saini is the Former Chairman of Special Olympics India and the Chair of Unified sports of Asia Pacific 35 countries. He has also been the Board member of Special Olympics Worldwide, Washington, mentoring 5.5 million athletes with disability in 177 countries.

Dr Saini who is pursuing his second doctorate in disability studies, has been honored as the Forbes Educationist of the year at the UK House of Commons. He is a Speaker at the Oxford University and has delivered talks at the Keble College, Exeter College, and St Antony College at the University of Oxford, He has been a speaker for various worldwide conferences speaking on youth activation, education and inclusion and has been a speaker and workshop leader at IB Asia Pacific Conferences.

He is recipient of education honours from the President of Mauritius and the Government of Sri Lanka, where he was also appointed as the goodwill ambassador of Sri Lanka to India for the UN Sustainable Goals 2030.

Dr Saini is a TED speaker, where his recent talk at Mansagar Lake garnered an impressive 4 million views worldwide within just 30 days.
